We can turn any image, be it photographic, CMYK image or corporate logo (drawing/vector) and faithfully reproduce it as a self adhesive vinyl graphic using UV resistant inks for long term external use. We can competitively print digital full colour graphics onto white self adhesive vinyl at resolutions of up to 1440 dpi atf any size. If required we can cut a simple contour outline around your graphic(s) and if you need to protect the digital print on the vinyl from scratching we can over laminate or varnish the vinyl. Both of these are available for an additional cost so please inform us if you require either of them for your graphic(s). The minimum amount of vinyl we will cut is 1000 x 290mm which will cost £52.56 + VAT for a full colour digital graphic. These costs include checking supplied artwork and carriage. Full colour digital graphics include a protective laminate to avoid scratching the graphics.
With Gerber graphics we can print one to three colour graphics any coloured vinyl (including clear). We can also print full colour on white with the Gerber edge. Please note the Gerber edge machine can only print vinyl 290mm wide x any length and at a maximum resolution of 300 dpi. Simple contour outline shapes can be cut around the graphics to remove excess backing. We will cut is 1000 x 290mm which will cost £48.55 + VAT for 1 colour gerber, £59.35 + VAT for 2 colour gerber (like the tiger above), £67.45 + VAT for 3 colour gerber or £79.60 + VAT for full colour gerber. These costs include checking supplied artwork and carriage.
We can also cut solid flat colour graphics from different 570mm wide rolls of self adhesive vinyl.

If there is between two and three areas of flat colour we can assemble the different layers of vinyl as one ready to apply graphic. The minimum amount of vinyl we will cut is 1000 x 290mm, which will cost £46.08 + VAT for a 1 colour flat vinyl graphic, £58.90 + VAT for a 2 colour flat vinyl graphic, £70.21 + VAT for a 3 colour flat vinyl graphic (like the lion above). £80.01 + VAT for a 4 colour flat vinyl graphic. These costs include checking supplied vector artwork and carriage.

Minimum cost example: if you wanted a 100mm x 15mm black printed sticker onto yellow vinyl, that would be a one colour gerber, you would get 10 out the 1000mm and 19 out the 290mm so you would get 190 stickers that could be cut ready to be lifted off the sheet, this would cost £48.55 + VAT including basic artwork and postage which is 25p + VAT a sticker.
