Casa del Mar – Weekly Rental Rates 2003

The following weekly rates include electricity, water, linen & towels (excluding beach towels), cleaning between lets and full use of all Mirador del Mar facilities.

INITIAL PAYMENT
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit. (Please note: this deposit is NON REFUNDABLE.) However, if the booking is made within 42 days of the holiday commencement date the full accommodation rental together with the £150.00 security deposit (please see below).

BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance of hire will be due for payment 42 days before the holiday commencement date. AlwaysAlmeria.com reserves the right to cancel a holiday where a full payment has not been received within 42 days before the holiday commencement. AlwaysAlmeria.com does not send out reminders that final payment is due.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of £150 per booking payable with the final balance. This is held against breakages or damage beyond normal ‘wear and tear’ and for any additional or special cleaning required to bring the property back to its original state. The deposit will be fully refunded on confirmation from our agents that the property is left in a reasonable condition. Please allow 7 days from the date of leaving the property for the refund of this deposit.
