Outside Casa del Mar

The main downstairs patio area is located beyond the patio doors at the far end of the living/dining room. Immediately outside the patio doors is a shaded area that contains a set of wicker patio furniture. Out into the sunshine the patio contains a patio table and seating for four people. The downstairs patio area extends to approximately 20 ft and provides wonderful outdoor living space.

The roof terrace gives wonderful panoramic views of the whole area. The Cabrera Mountains are to the west, to the east is the Mediterranean, to the north is Mojacar Playa, Garrucha and the Mediterranean,
	and towards the south is a bit more of Mojacar Playa and a bit more of the Med, this time looking towards the Cabo de Gato. The only furnishings on the roof terrace are sun beds – all day (private) sunshine is virtually guaranteed!
		The roof terrace is an ideal place to star gaze in the evenings. The night sky over southern Spain is stunning – a sight not to be missed! The roof terrace extends to approximately 35 ft in length.

The pool area is private to the Mirador del Mar complex, and is therefore only used by the residents and guests of Mirador del Mar. The adult pool is large with ample terracing for sunbathing. There are showers provided for the convenience of residents and guests. The children’s pool is segregated from the main adult pool area and is quite safe for (supervised) toddlers. The pool area is about a 30-second walk from Casa del Mar.
