Inside Casa del Mar
Casa del Mar is a Spanish-style townhouse with locally produced marble floors throughout. The property is well equipped with everything needed for a self-catering holiday. It is nicely furnished, with local furnishings where possible, and sleeps 4 people (plus baby). The house is situated about 5 minutes' walk from the beach and all amenities. Casa del Mar has stunning sea and mountain views. The house is situated on a quiet complex with a large community swimming pool, which has a separate children’s pool, and tennis court.
The kitchen is galley style and fully equipped, including fridge, freezer, hob, oven, microwave, and washing machine. Along the hall, passing the stairs to the first floor is the entrance to the living/dining room.

living room contains an open fireplace, comfortable seating, a coffee
table, television (including satellite TV), CD player and bookcase,
with a collection of books and CDs. Our collection of books includes
various local interest books, guides, maps and notes of interest
on Mojacar and the surrounding area. The dining area contains a formal dining table and seating for four. At the far end of the room there are patio doors leading onto the downstairs terrace. |

Upstairs both bedrooms are twin-bedded and fully Air Conditioned, with
Remote Control. Both rooms are pleasantly furnished with pine bedside
tables, cabinets etc, and both have patio doors that open onto private
terraces. The spiral stairs up to the spacious roof terrace are located
on the terrace of Bedroom 1. Bedroom 1 faces north and bedroom 2 faces
south.
The bathroom contains a bath with shower over, basin, toilet and bidet.
As
we have a young family ourselves we keep a travel cot, high chair and
stair gates at Casa del Mar. These items are available to hire at £7.50
per item, per week.
