Firstly, select your preferred week(s) and email us stating your proposed holiday dates. At this point please give us your home address and telephone number. By return email we will send you details of availability, together with a copy of our booking form and our full terms and conditions. When you wish to book with us, we will put a ‘hold’ on your holiday dates for a period of 7 days, giving you time to send us the required 25% deposit and your completed booking form. Your booking is not secure until we have received both your deposit and completed booking form. Please take note that the 25% deposit is non-refundable. If the booking is made within 42 days of the holiday commencement date the full accommodation rental together with the £150 damage deposit and any other additional charges will be required to secure the booking. Upon receipt of your 25% deposit your rental period will be secure. At this point we will issue a confirmation of booking. The final balance and the £150 damage deposit will be due for payment 42 days before the holiday commencement date. Upon receipt of your final balance payment and damage deposit we will issue you a receipt for the full rental price plus the refundable damage deposit along with full details concerning your holiday accommodation. The £150 damage deposit will be fully refunded with 7 days of the end of your rental period, assuming no damage has been done.
